The listing, Nintendo DS (Great Condition) has ended.

Last time I tried this, I got an email saying that it was against the rules to sell this and it got removed. But I see people selling them all the time on here so let's try it again shall we.

DS is in wonderful condition, minor surface scratches from many years of use. No scratches on screen, touch screen has a few dead pixels but nothing that will ruin gameplay. Charger is included but games are not. Happy bidding :)

It's a first gen DS. So I'm assuming that its about 8 to 9 years old. But when I got it at GameStop it was refurbished. I've only had it for about 4 1/2 years.

Sadly, no. I have no idea what happened to it, but if you'd like, GameStop sells stylists for very cheep

Original DS's play DS Lite games and GBA games correct?
And I wouldn't worry about that email, Listia only sends them if people are stupid and report auctions. You should be fine. There's nothing in the rules banning this.
