Brand new Verizon 4G Jetpack with SIM card never used. Received in a bundle promotion when I got my new Windows Phone and don't have a need for it. Sim Card is in the device, the store clerk installed it to make sure it was working properly.

is this the like d that u can do the prepaid like deal on where u buy the card at Walmart and add as much as u want

You activate at Walmart on contract or prepaid. Prepaid is $80/mo for 6gb data.

I got it from Verizon, it is a verizon device but you could probably go through best buy or walmart because they carry verizon devices prepaid or contract
