Description

The listing, "VINTAGE" Goldette Double Slide Bracelet! has ended.

You all know Jewelry is and should be fun.
Standing apart from the crowd is a basic desire of us all.
This Vintage "Goldette Double Slide Bracelet" - Art Nouveau Bracelet fits the bill! Just add it to your collection!

Vintage Goldette Jewelry is well made and sought after. Their necklaces, bracelets, earrings and pins are often Victorian Revival in style and incorporate Victorian elements such as seed pearls, cameos and cabochon glass stones. The plating is 18k Gold for the most part. The most desirable styles come form the 1960s Victorian Revival Period and the slide bracelets are the most sought after. The company started in 1958.

This piece is detailed and busy in design, it weighs in at 88.77 grams...."thats over 3 ounces!"
It has moons, stars, flowers....cameos, (faux) jade, sapphires, rubies, pearls and more!

These pieces in great condition, easily command up to a Few Hundred Dollars.

A great "blue jean" and earthy piece with alot of detail.
The connective wire is "spun cable" (as seen in the last pic" and not cheap wire.

I have not cleaned this piece, as many collectors prefer a certain amount of patina and choices of restoration.

Good Luck!

Sure...."many people" look for and only buy or bid on restorable items that they can increase the value in their own way and their own time. Certain items (regardless of type) increase in value on a graduated scale (whether real or imagined). Some folks, would never dream of restoring, or bringing new life to something. They are happy with the age, condition, rawness and "just the way it is". Some folks (as you know) use Listia to make a few bucks here and there. Time, effort and knowledge often can increase the value of any item. Sure, this piece needs attention and is not perfect. But it is unique and worth the effort. Especially if someone researches this or any item they are interested in and look at the potential....whether financial or personal.
