Sorry but I only do Paypal for shipping due to issues in the past but I do offer buyers the option to send me reasonable GIN offers and If added and used they will get free shipping. I also am planning on relisting some items this week with free shipping since I have some extra shipping money at the moment.

No problem but like the listing clearly states it is free shipping in the U.S. this item started with shipping then I changed it to free shipping. If a listing states free shipping in the shipping area no one can charge you shipping.

I understand but those people usually don't have much feedback either and as I learned you really have to watch out for scammers on this site, I am lucky if I actually receive 3/4 of the items I win it is pathetic and the reason Listia has lost so many good customers.
