joepunk the reason for upgrading to at least 7 is support for XP ends the middle of april and as far as stability is concerned Ive upgraded every computer Ive Got and That is 3 laps and 3 desks to 7 ultimate and don't have any probs with any of them so windows 7 is stable just make sure you have AT LEAST 1 gig And my advice is 2 gigs although I know for a fact IT WILL RUN DECENT on A gig and a half with 80 gig hdd AND NOOOOOOOOOOOO U DONT NEED BO 6 GIGS TO RUN WINDOWS 7 IT WILL RUN ON 1 GIG
Whoever asked if upgrading was possible as mike said yes but your gonna need to add 2GB cuz its cheaper than adding smaller mem....but why would you want to upgrade from the most stable win program there is?
