I Know what you mean this one has a jewel cap to it but you can order other ones they come with diamond's or rubies pretty much any stone. It just slips under the skin and it's embedded in the layer of fat under the skin. after insertion though you can not change the cap for at least a month because it needs to set and anchor to your tissue. Once it has set then you can twist the cap and it will unscrew, remove and replace with another.
The Dermal Anchor becomes one with your body and it is just so hot looking especially if you place it right above your collar bone or on your abdomen especially if you have a great body that always helps Summer is coming SHOW T OFF I ALWAYS SAY.
