Some people on here need to wise up, seriously. I think this ring would be a very useful tool in helping to remind and motivate a person about their weight loss goals. This represents a symbol of commitment and the fact that its essentially sizable suggests that the ring will start at one's heaviest and end at one's goal. I think it's a great idea to have something like this.

each finger is for a different part of the body index finger is for the stomach
thumb is the but and so on i would wear it on each finger for a week lost 12 lbs my sister did the same and lost nothing so i guess it just depends on the person
