This is a T-Mobile MotoRazr V3 GSM contract phone. It comes with manual, phone, phone carrier, charger, ear phone piece, & battery.

This has a sim card in it, but you'll have to probably get one off T-Mobile (which I'm pretty sure they send it to you for free).

This has a camera on it.

It has Instant messaging compability.

It has an internet browser on it.

It also has instant messaging built onto it already.

You are able to download apps on it.

There are 3 real tone ringtones on this phone that I will keep on here in case the winner would like them those are:

You stated in auction information, it is a contract phone. I had a contract phone and switched to T-Mobile monthly plan. Can you do the same thig I did with this phone? Thanks.
