Oh by way confirmation is exactly 99cents here for me.don't know what it is there for you,but that is what it is for me.I have stated already there will b confirmation 4this auction.I just can't afford to do that 4them all. I have had many people try to scam me so that is why it is there.there is no need to worry if you are an honest person .that is just me to catch the loop holes I'm honest people try to use such as when I know they got it saying they didn't all because I could afford to put confirmation ,but listia does except the reseats sometimes n I always keep those and always make the postman wright xtra info on them . you can always go buy a person's rating .and what you read from others .it is because of that up there that I have been successful thus far .have had a few people get mad because it's not listians so called rules. But listia has continued to feature me and wouldn't if it was a problem or I was .I have just told people not to bed if they don't like it ,or agree to disagree cuz it worked for me and when you do it with me if there is ever a problem then seriously use that is your argument .I'm not going to be dishonest.the rules has helped as I stated n not all r set n stone just to keep away dishonest peopl! Hope this helps eas ur uneasiness about it. Kinda like listians has said the 3 day rule is fine but with good communication should probably wait 10 days before reposting .so that's kind of what I mean .hope to see you will still bid :).

Also, I hope you dont mind...I have found the battery life to be exceptional considering what you can do. Obviously, playing games, internet, and video wear it down faster, but my husband can go three days before having to charge. There are too many features to list as to what this phone can do. Also, fanned you!

you are very very right .but something is wrong with this 1 battery .it just does not last long a matter what you do .you can only do a few things sometimes and it does not last long and then sometimes it is okay . and then sometimes it only lasts a couple minutes and if you turn it off in the battery just comes back so the battery is just messed up on this 1 .lolI always kept it plugged in when using .so it will need new 1 probly if you use it a lot .that's why I made that statement .thanks though fanned you too :)!

@suebaby is correct, prepaid is not an option, and a $9.99 data package is required. But its all worth it. The internet capability of this phone is amazing. He can watch video's my phone cant, (I have the LG Dare) The Env Touch is obviously a touch screen, but can also be used as a regular keyboard. When you open the phone, it turns into a super mini laptop, with a "mouse" and you can even save your favorite websites, watch video's on youtube, or more "adult" content such as my husband does. lol! Great, great phone!
@aviatorash, you so right about first edition phones having issues. especially the iphone. I may end up waiting a month or two to see what happens.

lol I would again check into that .call verizon directly .I had a texting plan on there .but that was the only smart phone verizon made that you did not have put internet on .I never had internet on it just a texting plan .but like I said they change their policies all the time and it's a pain lol thanks for the extra explanation of the phone you are exactly right lol !

i also have this phone and love it..i do not think it can be used with out a 9.99 data pakage tho.i have to have it with mine still..tried to get that off my bill but verizon says no way.also.prepaid isnt an option with tit either.not here anyway.and it is verizon only no ator alltel...i just happen to know those answers because i have it love it great phone but these few things are true.at least here.not trashing your auction just saw the?'s..cool auction and highly recomend the phone cause it is simple but smart and handy easy to learn and use.good luck!

well I didn't have to have a data package with it .I also read on verizon site itself that their phones could the used for other companies under certain circumstances .but again like I stated and have been stating companies always change their plans ideas and nobody knows for sure unless you yourself check with them to make sure .thanks for the input tho but please leave 2 people to make sure for themselfs so they get correct up to date information .that is why I gave my opinion as to what I knew but then said to look it up .thanks again though preciate it !

I just wanted to give you a little free advertising. This phone is amazing. I got one for my husband when they first came out and have been jealous of it ever since. Its so easy to use, even he can figure it out and the keys are not too small for him either. Whoever wins this is going to be very lucky! I would bid myself but just found out that Verizon is now selling iphones. Good luck all, its a great phone!

Is it unlocked? Is it able to be unlocked? If not then it can only be used on verizon and its a smart phone (atleast according to verizon) so u have to purchase a data pack to use it. Im still very interested :)

that is what's nice about this phone and why I bought it ,it is unlocked should beat anyway because it is a smartphone but it was verizons only smart phone you do not have to use a data package you can or can not put the internet on it if you don't want to ,there for you should be able to use it for at another company,but as I have said to others in in my statement don't quote me on that lol not a professional ,so you may want to go get an exact professional opinion ,I just know from that's how I used it ,but companies can change their opinions on time haha .so please still check .

I have one question--you are so set to the fact once this is in postal services hands you are not responsible so my question is this do you use delivery confirmation and insurance because the rules you are adding to your auctions go against listia's own rules really! And you can not take someones credits just becuase the item got lost how do we know you are not lying about sendint an item then?? U know u might Wana do some not reasurch on that.I did wen I switched fones actually but all I think I know n don't hold me to this lol but I'm not positive on all the details but I'm pretty sure u can if its prepaid u can hav as long as u want but reason I say u may wana check nto is I think if its a plan they will only let u keep it for so long like a year I think.his a company thing to keep u using their fone but u should b able to n some circumstances as I said.but I'd advise u to check that out.his tell em u hav a fone already (wich is not lieing cuz u do or brow friends then u won't b lol) so they will answer u n honesty n giv u best customer set service n not b lazy n his tell u to buy their phone lol.if not try online site that's where I got my info.hope helps:)sory couldn't b of more help!
