you can WiFi for GPS. it does not have any kind of real service like a smart phone if that's what you mean

yes I'm not sure how big you can go but it does come with a SD card. 128 mega bytes. I think you can put one up to 16gb or 32gb in it.

yes a DC wall charger and it also charges through mini USB on the end. I do not have the mini USB cable anymore. I think anyways. I may be able to find another one. any mini USB will work on it. I had rooted it then factory reset it. it's not bad for a tablet.
