This is a midnight black eye and brow liner brand new never used or sharpened and the sharpener is new as well never used and the brand is Cover Girl

The reason it is not in its package is because there was 2 liners but I used the other one other than that this liner and sharpener listed in this auction are NEVER USED :)

Also I will be sending it out in a envelope so there wont be a tracking number but I will take pics of proof that im sending them too you and will send the pics to you if you would like Thank You for your time
