it's used to measure like spaghetti noodles for serving sizes and things. lol craziest gadget i think. good luck on your auction!!

Lol, I got the same thing. It is used for mesuring noodles.I'm not sure what its called either.:) Took me a bit to figure out what in the world it was. Fanned!!
