Thank's for the help...I will start blocking. I guess they know i am pretty new I have 100% good feedback just two that I I had to deal with. I sell quite a bit of items on here of course they don't want to pay shipping. They charge me for tax and tracking so I charge a little more. Would it be better to do exact shipping? And is exact shipping their listia's shipping rate? Also this kid filed a dispute on me because he told listia that my shipping was to high on one cell case I had and shipping was only 4.00 and listia deleted almost all my items lol I had about 40 items sorry to bother you :)

$4 is quite high for cell case. I have shipped those out for 1.62 with tracking

I got a question for you. I was going to send mail but on cell you can only do it in comments lol. Anyway I am pretty new at this auction. Used to bid mostly but I do have an online shop and figured I would start placing my times on auction. Anyway I do see that you have shipping. Most of the people that bid file complaints or give really nasty comments. My shipping is no more then 4.00 to $8.00 I deal with cell cases and jewelry. I have to pay shipping since I have to order these items. Plus I have been having people file disputes against me. I win but still it's starting to be a pain. They bid and refuse to pay. Even though I have it stated that there is shipping. Most of these people are between the age of 13 to 16 year olds. Does this happen often? I had one kid send me a real nasty email. I'm just asking because if I send an email to support no one answers me. So I figured you are having some people that are giving you a hard time lol maybe you can help. Thanks I fanned you :) sorry to be asking but this is driving me crazy lol

I only sell to 18+. I don't have a big dispute issue. I always sell exact because I am not here to make $$. You should block the profiles that look like kids. Good luck in your adventures. :)

That's great for you. I ONLY use the postal kiosk down the road from me. So shipping is what it is. Plus to do your own shipping you need an account and a printer and all that crap. No thanks. I will do it the way I have been for years now. But thanks anyway.

Was wondering how you add the water to it, since I've never had a Keurig before. Do you have to slide the appliance out to open the lid and add the water, or does it lift up and towards the back, so that you can pour it in and not have to slide it out, as long as you have the space above where it would sit for this. Hope this makes sense! Thanks.

This does not fit any flat rate boxes. Plus none of the boxes here are that price. We have in there boxes. 5.95 for small. 12.35 medium. And 29.85 large. Those are the only boxes at my kiosk. This is in it's own box bigger than what's available free.

Just packed up the item. You can do either USPS for 30.85 or I can send it UPS ground for $30. This item is large and bulky :( I do not think I will auction such big items anymore.
