Is the ball dental acrylic? Is it a half circle? And is the screw on the ball or the bar? Sorry for all the questions!

The bottom ball is a surgical steel ball. The top is a little more flat but the part that's against your tongue is also surgical steel, there's some kind of plastic or something over the picture (maybe it could be clear acrylic, idk sorry). The screw is on the bar, and no problem, hope that answers them :)
