yes all pieces are a lycra blend material. Very comfy to wear, love them just lost weight and are all to large for me now. They all work great.

I was a 12-14, I had no problems in the leg area at all. The legging has a high waist that goes up to right around the bra, for a nice seemless line. They help keep you warm as well. Thanks :)
