I am honestly not 100% knowing about this Cameo. Found item in an estate sale. I looked online and seen a similar item in ebay that you can cut and paste these words and see if it is similar to help.(VINTAGE "A CAMEO CREATION" OVAL PRINT GOLD COLOR RESIN ORNATE FRAME MARKED) I measured the cameo I have for bidding- that is Height is 7Inches x 61/2 wide. Depth is about 1 inch. I think the 5 x 5 1/2 in is the glass area of picture. I do not know of the age. My grandmother said they where very popular in her days. Oh I hope this helps.
