How big will the mother plant get? They are awesome looking, but I don't have the room for a giant plant.

my mother plant, the one in the picture is about 14 inches, it sits on an end table by my couch. Its not real big and is in a 8inch pot, so thats not that big. The pups grow faster than the mother plant, but reach a stage where they slow down. My mother plant has not grown much in last yr but has grown the baby pups on the side of the bottom of the plant. Thats about all it will do now. It is just really pretty with the top changing colors. There are all kinds of these plants with different colors and flowers. Some have a foilage like this with a flower spike that comes from the middle of the plant. They are a bit harder to grow. I like this one as it is very easy to grow and stays this size, and reuires no maintenence. Just water when soil is dry and keep in indirect light. Mine is by the couch, near a window but a foot away from the actual light coming from the window. Would be good on a coffee table, kitchen table, or counter near a window but not on the windowsill. Best wishes, if you have any more q's, dont hestitate to ask.
