- You can play burned/backed up file copys of ps3 games
- If you want you can run linux/Windows OS's on the ps3
- Your able to host a server or reconfigure the ps3 to act as a new server for any game you want
- You can use it as a file sharing system, or a database management system
- Utilize its processing power for other things than gaming like complex computations
- Rip PS3 games (Not burn RIP them to a external storage device {8.7gb+ needed for this on device}
- Use its wifi to host a LAN party
- Hacking the Sony store (inshort download everything free of charge) {illegal watch yourself on this one}
- Unsigned code can be run on the ps3 {Meaning homebrew of anysort}
- Emulation of other game systems, ps1, ps2, psp, snes, nes, atari, and various other emulators {Xbox 360 wont work xbox emulator will but not the xbox 360 not sure if it even exists}, wii emulator {exist no idea how to use it at all probably wont work due to need of motion sensor, but if you understand the program code behind the PS3 Motion system then try getting it to work}
