someone could have bid higher and you have to keep bidding until you outbid them if they bid 500 as their highest and the bid is only 100 you would have to bid until you reach that Mark...it's to protect your bids

this is only one game never opened so disc and manual are included and sealed...when I bought it two other games were with it in a set in there own case
