May I ask would this work on an older HP that is running Linux MacPup. The computer needs a wifi card to be able to to not be using the Ethernet cord??

You do not need account at PayPal to pay a seller. Just need their account email and you go to pay to. Etc. simple hope that helped. And gin means get it now. Meaning if you do not want to wait long days for auction to end you have an option to get right away by using GIN. Hope I answered questions.
