( Sunshine Coffee Jar)

I have a real nicely embossed Sunshine brand Coffee Jar depicting the image of the Sun and a Lion from the Springfield Grocer Co.Rosters & Packers Springfield MO.

(Armstrong's Whisky Bottle)

Here is a heavily amber embossed whiskey flask with 1788 embossed all over the bottle showing a colonial Man on the front.on the base it reads Armstrong Made in USA with the #'s D126 12 57 I'm assuming the 57 is the year ?

(Cobalt Blue Bottle with Cap)

This is a bottle that stands at 4 1/2 " There is no embossing and I am not sure what it's content was but looks great in the window .:)

(Colgate After Shave Lotion Spiced )

Who remembers This on the bottom it reads
Colgate- Palmolive Co.New York NY.5 FL.oz.Net .the bottle has a painted label.

(Hood Half Pint Milk )
Here I am offering a small Hood Milk Bottle in good Shape this bottle is embossed with HOOD on 4 sides

( Clown Honey Bank tops)

If you are old enough to remember Clowns where very popular in the 50's people would very much enjoy the Circus TV had just started making its way into the homes so entertainment was spent going to the movies or to the Circus that would set up in there neighborhoods. There is a slot in the back of the top to turn the honey jar into a bank .I filled in one with a marker Eyes,Nose & Smile this is what they looked like when New .

(Old Buddha )
This Buddha was also dug at this dig site But have no way of knowing its exact age .

Cool finds. Wish I could come and play with you two. What fun. Can you tell if the Buddha is broken off of something larger?

Hi Purplepinkpansy The base of the Buddha is nice and smooth with no chips so I'm sure it was not broken off but this don't mean there was not an additional extended base it may have been mounted on a wood base or something but I can say that the rim om the base it all uniformed in it;s thickness and very smooth running a finger around the rim .It is also possible that it could have been mounted in a clay type base I just don't know for sure .I hope this answers you in your review of this cool find and hope you and your family are happy and well >DiggerLarry :)
