Hauppauge WinTV-PVR150 Personal Video Recorder. Comes with remote control, IR Blaster, and IR receiver.

Watch TV on your PC screen using a 125 channel cable ready TV tuner. Record your TV shows to disk using the built-in hardware MPEG-2 encoder. Pause your live TV shows with instant replay, fast forward and rewind.

Composite/S-Video and audio inputs, to connect to VCR, DVD players, Video game consoles, etc.

I do not know if I still have the driver CD, I am still looking; it will be shipped with the card if found. If not, current drivers can be found at http://www.hauppauge.com/site/support/support_pvr150.html

There are drivers for Vista on http://www.hauppauge.com/site/support/support_pvr150.html, so as long as you have a free PCI slot in your machine, it "should" work.

I only state "should", as I have no way to test it under those conditions. =)

If not mistaken, it's (NTSC/NTSC/J) 26052 rev C199...This found a result or two when searching. I tried some of the other screen printed bits but with no luck.

I just went through every CD stash I could find with no luck. I've moved twice since I've owned the card, so it was probably lost along the way. I'm pretty sure the online drivers (listed above) are more useful with current operating systems as well.
