The listing, Cute pair of black "OP" brand short shorts sz 11 has ended.

Good used condition with no rips, or odors (I just noticed there are two pen-like marks on the left side). Zipper works great and these are a lil stretchy too (100% cotton) About 11" from top to bottom hem, and about 15" across the waistband unstretched. I am 5'4, about 155 lbs and usually wear sz 11 bottoms and they fit, they just are too short for a girl that has some dimples lol :) Non-smoking home. Verified addresses only. They should fit you. They fit great not tight or loose, just too short. I don't like when I sit down and my cellulite is right there in everyone's face lol.
