5 Daylily seeds could be any color. The bees are in charge of hybridizing in my gardens, after all, and I don't have much say about it. Dayliles are a great perennial for most soil types and are hardy in USDA zones 3-9. You can't kill these things once established and it doesn't take much for that to happen.

Planting instructions:
In my garden these seeds grow all by themselves. The seeds fall from the plant and grow where they fall without me doing anything. So, duplicate that and you’ll be fine. All you have to do is plant the seeds (with about a ¼ inch covering of soil) either directly in the ground in fertile soil or in potting soil in a pot. Just water and sun is needed after that. Depending on when you plant them, it may take several days or even weeks for germination, so be patient.
