"MD28V" (I'm assuming it's a serial or item number or something) and "925".
It weighs 2.5g.
It's a quality item. I wore it for about a year straight after I bought it and on and off after that. It is in great condition for a well loved bracelet. I did give it a cleaning but I don't have a polishing cloth.
