I can't because I don't have a computer but whoever uses a computer needs to flag the user who obtained the gift card info.

Also the seller should try to call the number on the back of the gift card and see if there is a way to not use it without the PIN number available.

The card is fine & it still holds its value. It's shipping is paid by the winner.

All you need to do is put the card in an envelope with a stamp and send it to the winner.
