The listing, new with tags dress has ended.

held this dress up to myself and it would be a mini-mini dress barely making it to my upper thighs so I'm putting in girls clothes
the waist is about a foot wide but can stretch a little. from waist to bottom is about a foot and a half to two feet. From waist up to shoulder straps is about a foot.

the tag says medium but I'm not sure where that sizee works. As you can see the price tags are still on it.

will consider gin if reasonable offer made before any bids.

I'm not sure. when I held it up to me it was really shirt for a dress so I put it in child's. someone did say it could be a women's long shirt. wish I could be of more help bit I was given this.
