these are just 2 metal keys. one is like a circle at the top and the other has a nice embellishment of 3 circles :) they are so cute and can be used for any type of lock that looks like these.

Not really I got them from my brother after he moved out...but I believe it's for the treasure chest that he had..

Does the key on the left have a solid post or is it hollowed at the end where it fits into lock?

They both are hollow at the end as if they fit into something. But the
One with the 3 circles is slightly bigger. I know for a fact the one is a handcuff key but I'm not sure about the other one

The other, three holed key, looks identical to a key for a set of toy handcuffs. My child has a set so I base my reference on that. However, the single holed key is for real handcuffs the top spike is for the double lock mechanism. I am using my profession as a reference.

Okay thank you. Yeah I wasn't sure what the 3 holes key was for.
It is the same kind of brass feeling as the other one though they aren't plastic.
