Insurance is extra. $1.50 buys $50 insurance (minimum)
Tracking is $1.00 extra unless shipment is priority mail
I do combine shipping on multiple purchases. (saves on shipping costs)
Alternative shipping may be available in certain cases.
No packing or handling charges.
Items are always packaged with great care and box size always allows for adequate packing protection so your item arrives in same condition it is in when shipped.

I see you have excellent feedback. I would ship within continental US, if payment was made using PayPal prior to shipping. I would also combine shipping on multiple items Just as I do on eBay.
As you can tell I am new to Listia, so bear with me as I learn.
