this will only work with us copies of the xbox 360 game. it will not work on the xbox one.

preordered from microsoft store(very few did ),infinity ward/activision employee, or if you work at a local game shop such as gamestop. the spectrum camo is going on ebay lately for around $80-$100+ for the dlc pack
