The listing, EUC Nine West Blue Jeans - Size 14 - Stretch has ended.

I am listing about a dozen pair of jeans I never had an opportunity to wear or only wore for a short period of time. I'm a blue jean woman!! These are Nine West, size 14 / 31 inch, 5 pocket jeans with a flare at the bottom and they stretch.

I have lost 45 pounds in the past year and have gone down 6 sizes in jeans. When I have the time, I'm going to write up and offer the tips that helped me lose weight, inches and fat in a healthy manner. No dieting just changed my dietary lifestyle and I'm healthier now then ever!!

I accept PayPal via my son's account. I also will accept money orders and concealed cash for shipping! I provide delivery confirmation on all items that I charge shipping for! And, I do combine shipping.

Hi Beatrice, No gimmicks, no diet pills, just truly healthy eating. No fast food, no processed foods, nothing out of a box or can, no GMOs (corn, soy or wheat) products. I had cut way back on starches; yet enjoy pasta from time to time now. Yes, I'm forced to cook; however I literally lost 35 pounds in 4 months. I have lost another 10 making it an official 45 pounds since last April. I have gone from a sz. 14 jeans back to my normal size of 6!! And, I feel great. Healthy, more energy, quit 7 out of 9 medications I was on!!

I'm thinking of writing a book about it or at least an eBook. My hair is so shiny and my skin just glows. Truly healthy eating is the way to go. And, it's stayed off even if I fall off the wagon and eat chocolate!! ;-)

Also, use fruit oils to cook with instead of grain i.e. coconut, grape seed or olive oils...I wish anyone reading this good luck as it's so worth it. My goal was to take back my health and I also took back my life!! I do core exercises, with a bit of cardio, and yoga for toning.

I'll send you a PM. Really healthy eating, big dietary change, shifting away from processed foods, sugar, no GMOs, etc. I lost 35 pounds in 4 mos. Lost another 10+ since Oct. and I'm not even trying. Down from a sz. 14 to a 6 in jeans. Need to work out; yet have been working on inside renovations as I'm doing a refi on the house. I'm as low as I want to go and when I begin exercising I may go a bit smaller as I tone my core!! Yay.
