My wish list hmm...well anything like batteries, flashlights, etc for a "storm" kit or hurricane kit...spring is here and most in the south and no doubt all over the US can use these types of items.

@annette- yes luvs are the BEST!! They fit perfectly and NEVER leak!!! i love them!! Huggies work good too... I hate pampers though... used them on my first and i loved them but then on both my daughters they leaked alot and just didnt fit right. I use them if they are free though!! I will take anything I can get LOL Diapers are sooooo expensive!!!

Yep, I remember Luvs was the best fit & yep, LOL:) that they never seemed to leak!!! SO GLAD to hear they are still FAB, as I won a U PICK diaper auction not too long ago & chose all Luvs for Sie : ) We have been trying to gather some diapers for each size so she has them on hand. And although she is using the g diapers for the majority of the time, she will be using disposables for going out & about.

And yep, not only are they expensive but horrible for the environment also! Did you know that scientific research shows that it will take a looooong time for a disposable diaper to break down??? Like 500 PLUS years!!!!!!
Now include ALL THE DIAPERS you have ever used or will use, AND THEN ADD every other Mom who uses them!!!!!!
The thought of an actual number totally shocked me!! 8(
That's millions of diapers piling-up!!!

If you think about how products like newspapers and banana peels biodegrade, you can easily reaize that things like plastic bags do not. Plastic bags are synthetic & not recognized as food by the microorganisms trying to “eat” them. What are disposable diapers made of?? Yep, synthetics. In other words, it cannot biodegrade.

I don't totally hate disposables bc they are so darn convient LOL:) but we hate the thought of how much we have already contributed to the landfill when Sie was in diapers & Sie is very eco conscious, so she has chosen g diapers for the majority of her diapering.
Not many know what gdiapers are. Here, watch what happens when you put a gdiapers flushable & two plastic disposable diapers in a compost pile. See the gdiapers flushable break down in 60 days while the two plastic disposables remain completely intact.

My wish list would be some 9 oz Avent bottles, formula checks, Amazon.com gift card, and Huggies or Pampers points. I forgot how expensive little babies can be! Also my 7 yr old just started a gymnastics class and does not like her leotards that I have. That is a tricky wish to fill since I don't have a clue what she likes.
