They are for: Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Super Mario Galaxy, Wii Play, Mario Kart Wii, and Super Mario Bros. Wii.

I'm not sure. It sas that you can use the code for coins to unlock things.

the codes are used at https://club.nintendo.com. You earn coins that allow you buy things like nintendo wii straps, nintendo playing cards, game and watch gallery games for ds, collector's pins, and more. If you get 300 points you become a gold member and nintendo sends you a rare collector's item. If you get 600 points they send you an even rarer collector's item. Wii games are worth 50 points, ds games 30, wiiware games downloaded to your wii get 10. You also get 10 points a week after putting in a game code if you fill out a postplay survey.
