The listing, *RARE* comic collectors promo card has ended.
This is a promotional card from wizard magazine. The card was in production printing from 1992-1994. I have searched around and found only 1 other on the net.This card has been in my possession only. It is pretty well transparent unless laid upon a solid surface ( as you can see my fingers through the card in picture #2).
I have had this card for at least 20 years and it's time it found a new owner.
