The listing, 3 types amaranthus has ended.

10 seeds of each, packaged seperately. 2014 seeds from garden supplier. Growing zones 3 to 9.

Amaranthus Tricolor (Early Splendor) - Easy to grow from Amaranthus seeds, Early Splendor has gorgeous chocolate colored leaves that are topped with brilliant crimson. This spectacular foliage plant excels in heat and humidity, and provides color very early in the summer as soon as temperatures get warm clear up until frost season begins. Growing to 24 inches tall, this variety of Amaranthus grows in full sun to part shade, and looks terrific grown in clusters or in borders as a contrast with other foliage plants.

Love Lies Bleeding (Amaranthus Caudatus Green) - Another great choice in Amaranthus seeds! Most people are familiar with red Amaranthus Love-Lies-Bleeding flowers, but this unusual green-flowered variety is also an heirloom that is catching on fast! It grows easily from flower seed and makes a striking addition to any flower garden. All summer long (and sometimes even into fall!) your garden will be filled with lime-green blooms on weeping stems up to 2 feet long! The prostrate 18-24 inch stems make perfect additions to large arrangements. They also dry well and work into dried arrangements nicely.
Green Amaranthus grows quickly and easily from flower seed in any well-drained soil receiving full sunshine. Expect it to reach anywhere from 3 to 5 feet tall and 18 to 30 inches wide.

Amaranthus (Amaranthus Caudatus Red) - Commonly known as Love Lies Bleeding, these unique flowers are extremely hardy, and they can grow just about anywhere from flower seed. This Amaranthus has elongated red flowers that hang to the ground. It blooms all summer long! Each Amaranthus plant can carry tens of thousands of flower seeds, and it will self-seed very easily. The amaranth genus, especially the seed, was used as a food source for the Incas and Aztecs. Grows 3 to 4 foot tall.
