your terms in here and your other auctions are unreasonable and ignored in a dispute a winner can file and Listia decides on if credits are refunded or not.
Listia states a winner must contact and pay a seller within 10 reasonable days after an auction ends. if a seller relists before that and a winner files a dispute they would have to cancel or refund credits for the relisted auction.

No, the terms are reasonable. Many winners don't send their contact info, and it is reasonable to relist after 7 days. That gives them plenty of time to contact the seller.
