im not sure how many it doesnt say on the package. it just says 450mg?... and it says to sell by 11-10... i didnt even know that seeds expired.

Yeah they do, seeds slowly loose viability when they get older and 4 years is a long time, especially for lettuce seeds. Were they kept in a cool, dry location or the frig?
