This is a brand new, Star Wars dispenser filled with candy pieces. The tag was attached until I accidentally tore it off while taking pictures. I taped it back on.

This has not been opened and contains candy pieces inside. It is factory sealed and the seal is unbroken. The tag on the battery is still there, you pull it to activate. Then press a button on the back and it releases a piece of candy from the small hole in the front of figure.

The date on this says best by Oct 2013, so I wouldn't recommend eating the candy, this is being sold as a collectable only.

I didn't tear the battery protective tag off to test it, but I believe it lights up while in use.
