used condition and does show signs of wear and use but there are no scratches or flaws on the screen. The only issues I have found is that the volume buttons are stiff and tend not to work well. This is not really a problem though because the volume can quickly and easily be adjusted in the settings menu. Other than that, the "A" button is a bit stiff and has to be pressed harder than the other keys in order for it to work.
