WHAT IS IN IT? like is it like a cool aid style is it sugar free etc will it pass inspection thru customs etc.( those are my worries) and where I have a younger son who travels alot for crack of dawn till late night all day work outs will this be handy for him as well./ they euquivilate it too boot camp F&W

All dry ingredients you can purchase anywhere. I've never made it sugar free, but I'm sure you could substitute artificial sweetener for the sugar. YES it will definitely pass customs inspection ... when my 3 kids were in Iraq I shipped gallon sized ziplocs of this stuff over to them with every shipment! Very convenient to carry. You can make it anywhere you have access to hot water or a microwave. I bought some of 2 x 3 ziplocs at Wal-Mart (in the crafts department) and I measure it out in single servings, drop it in my purse or carry-on for traveling.
