I don't know why it wouldn't. I don't own an Ipod but if it has an 1/8" jack then it should work thanks! :)

I have one of these and it works with everything..it is AWESOME!!! Being hearing impaired (50% loss in my left and 80% in my right), this item enables me to listen to the tv with BLARING everyone else out of the room...because you control your own volume with the headset while everyone else can listen to the same show (controlling their volume with the remote to the tv). It's the BEST thing I've seen in a long time!!! thank you for offering this!!!!
