This book is great for its age! I hope I look as good when I am that old LOL! All kidding aside, it is in very good condition. The cover edges are a little dog eared. As far as I can see, there are no ripped pages. There is a few pages with writing on them in pencil but not a lot of writing or very big. The binding is tight with no loose pages. This is an amazing book! I am giving away some of my antique collection of books!
