NIB movies, what does that mean? Is this the entire blu ray set with all 6 movies?

it is a book like box that was a sample at work it only contains, The Phantom Menace, Attack of the Clones, Revenge of the Sith, and the Empire strikes back. Was a factory return due to misassembly of the pages. All Disc are new never played
