The listing, Rapini Seeds has ended.
Heirloom rapini seeds. Taste is between wild broccoli and mustard (but not as bitter).
They prefer cooler climates like zone 5-6, but can be grown elsewhere. Typically just broadcast spread them in the fall (about 6-8 weeks before first frost) or you can plant first thing in the spring - they will start to grow when conditions are favorable.
My favorite way to eat them is to boil for 3 minutes and then saute in olive oil and garlic. You can then chop them up and toss them with pasta as well. 50-75 Seeds
Hi! I would love to try these but I live in Columbia SC ( central) in zone 7b. We get hot, hot, extremely humid weather. Last summer it rained the whole time, a year before we were dirt dry. Lol! Any chance of it growing here, do you think? Thank you! :))
I hope you offer these again. I do not have the credits at this time, but hopefully later I will. I am on a special diet for kidney filtration and these would fit into my diet and seem like they would be easy to grow.
