Any opals coming or real gold or silver?

No opals, sorry, they are so expensive. I had the one little bag of opal chips, it's gone. I have four more pendants in 14k gold, peridot, blue topaz, garnet and can't remember the last, plus a pair of peridot earrings in 14k. I will probably spread them out a bit, but you'll see them listed soon.

This is a nice one ... looks better than any "real" rubies most of us can afford ... rubies have to be REALLY expensive to be as pretty as the fakes!

Honestly, I don't know. I think they vary with the quality of the stones and the gold plating. My guess is $40 to $100 depending on where you buy, etc., and I really don't know how to evaluate costume jewerly for dollar value. Check some web sites and catalogs, ebay maybe, to see.

It is a beautiful red ... really nice color. Real rubies aren't that nice, but probably the lab-created ones are, but they are pretty expensive. This is a nice alternative ... who will know? Looks real to me!
