This is a 2004 Mattel Inc. 10" doll with a puppy and a pair of ice skates and boots. She has on a red pants/slacks, white top(2 small red spots on the top), and multi colored jacket. She has on an orange headband or ear warmers. She has her blond hair in a ponytail. I bought her like this 5 yrs. ago at an estate sale and she was like this. I have never had her hair out of the ponytail. She has bangs. I am not sure if the hair was cut or not. I also don't know this doll's name. This is a doll that would be an addition to a collection or a doll for some little girl to take care of.
