Hard to find card from the newest set released in February. This is one of a two part card that is new to this set. This is the top half, the bottom half is needed to play it. This is a very nice holo effect card, perhaps the best in the set. FREE Shipping, happy bidding.

It's the way that Pokemon decided to treat the Really Rare "Legends". In this set, it's Lugia and Ho-Oh. In the next set, it'll be Entei, Raikou, and Suicune.

Yeah, that's problematic with these types of cards. But you never know when you'd acquire one from somewhere, and it might not hurt to have it just in case. Dunno.
