There's complete instructions included. Just upload the CD, follow the instructions and transfer music onto unit.

No-this is just a basic MP3 player....nothing fancy. No camera or phone hook up. Just music. Would probably be good for a young kid. Thanks for asking.

I don't see anything in the Quick Guide regarding disposable batteries. There is something probably in the on-line guide in regards to that. I don't even see where batteries would go. I've never used this nor uploaded the guide.
