this was my hubby's phone prior to his last upgrade, & i'm sure someone out there could get some use out of it! it's an awesome little phone, & it's in great shape.. there are a couple blue lines that appeared on the screen towards the end of him using it, they do not effect the performance of the phone what so ever.. it wasn't dropped or damaged, so the lines are a mystery, maybe a factory reset could fix that...? i'm not sure & don't have the time to tinker with it... other than that, super little phone, waterproof (great if you have small kids haha) android operating system with google play store, tons of features... the phone does take a sim card, here's a link to the specs of this phone...http://www.gsmarena.com/motorola_defy+-4098.php
