It's a micro SIM, it will go into an unlocked iPhone 4 or iPhone 4S as long as it has a SIM card slot. I have one in my iPhone 4S.

This doesn't look like a full kit now that I look at it. It looks like a mini kit that only has one Sim card, not all. Nor an airtime card. It looks like the $10 kit and not the normal $60 one.
